Should Do List

Writing Challenge: April 7, 2018

Prompt: Write about 5 things you should do more often.

1- Exercise. I used to job and do yoga- now I just work and go to school.

2- Read. I had a goal to read 50 books a year, but I’m falling behind. I try to read a chapter or 20 pages (depending on the book) a night, but I’ve not been focused on this goal.

3- Prepare lunch. Breakfast to eat on the way to class and dinners to eat at work are easy, but unfortunately lunches fall into a weird in-between space.

4- Vacuum. I know it sounds stupid, but I really hate vacuuming. Laundry, dishes, sweeping, cleaning the bathroom: I’m fine with all of that, but for some reason I really hate cleaning the carpets.

5-Homework. I don’t study or do homework as much as I should. I have a hard time feeling motivated and feeling focused. I’ll set time aside to do it. I know I need to do it, but I’ll do just about anything else to avoid it.
