Who: I’m Mae, a tech/data worker by day and a chaotic academic and creative by night.
I am the definition of “jack of all trades, master of none”, dabbling in writing, painting, soap making, sculpting, and any other hobbies I can reasonably get my hands on.
What: This is a catch-all blog. I write everything from poetry, short stories, traditional blog posts, and pretentious contemplations.
This is the open form of my well-worn notebook. It houses the refined versions of my day-time scribbles.
Where: I currently reside in the arid regions of the Rocky Mountains, near a fast-expanding area referred to as “Silicon Slopes”.
Will I stay or will I go? I am not sure what the future holds. For now, I call this place “home”.
Why: Because words are my religion, and writing is my worship.
This blog started a prompt response project to practice creative writing during my busy college years. Now, several years later, this blog has become a steady part of my life.
Thank you for visiting my little corner of the internet. I hope you enjoy your stay.
